We’re not the biggest agency out there, and honestly, that’s part of the plan.
As a growing shop, we know our size means we don’t have endless resources or layers of leadership. But what we do have is a group of amazing partners who have taken a chance on us. They risked a lot when they chose to trust us with their brand, their message, their business. And that’s not something we take lightly.
Being small doesn’t mean we think smaller. It just means we work differently.
Scrappy by Design
We’re scrappy. Not because it’s trendy, but because it’s necessary. Our clients don’t have time for slow responses or cookie-cutter ideas. They need a partner who can move fast, dig deep, and figure things out without a bunch of red tape.
We built this agency to be hands-on, flexible, and responsive. Not perfect. But intentional. And when things get messy (as they often do when working with people), we dig in and figure it out together.
Scrappy means it’s our job. Not someone else’s. We show up early, try to think two steps ahead, and stay curious. It means knowing that if someone has placed their trust in us, we owe it to them to stay sharp, stay humble, and bring our best every time.
Hungry Matters
We lean into Patrick Lencioni’s “Hungry, Humble, and Smart” model when it comes to building our team. Hungry is our starting point.
We only hire people who aren’t afraid to dig in. Who are energized by solving problems and motivated by the idea that the work we do really matters to someone on the other end of it. That hunger doesn’t mean working 24/7. It means caring enough to question the easy answer, push the thinking, and get it right.
What Small Lets Us Do
Our size lets us be nimble. It lets us build deeper relationships. It gives us the freedom to try new things and the responsibility to learn from them when they don’t work. It means our partners know who they’re talking to. And they know we’re listening.
And while we have plans to grow, we’re not in a rush to get big for the sake of it. We want to grow the right way, with the right people, and keep doing meaningful work.
We’re thankful for everyone who risked much to trust us. And we’ll keep doing everything we can to earn that trust one relationship-driven step at a time.
